ThinkSmart is an early stage company that provides analytical tools for direct marketers to help understand customer’s behavior. A web refresh was needed to provide a better user experience and help the company connect to their clients more effectively. 
We created metaphors that focused on the personalized care they provide by showcasing their consulting services and highlighting tangible human activites that supported the insights their technology offers.
